the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the use of the

authorized representative of the Company to be binding on the Company. Notwithstanding
the foregoing, the Company, at its sole discretion and without notice, may
revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this porting.
Section 10. Returns.
Please note that all software sales are final. All pre-configured Dell
systems sales are also final. No refunds will be issued. Hardware peripherals
such as receipt printers, bar code readers and thermal printers can be
returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original invoice -
otherwise all sales are final. Products will be returned only with a
valid RMA# issued by Resaleworld. Products returned to Resaleworld
without an RMA# will be refused and returned to sender. If hardware is
returned, it must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Fees will be assessed for any missing items. If the product is
returned and deemed unsalable as new, no refund will be issued.
Hardware returned that is deemed in working condition will be assessed
a 15% restocking fee. If an order is cancelled before the product is shipped
by Resaleworld, a 6% credit card fee will be deducted from the refund.

Section 11. Price Tags
All price tags sales including thermal, laser/ink-jet, jewelry, dot-matrix are non-refundable. Tags will only be exchanged if they are deemed defective by Resaleworld. Resaleworld will issue a valid RMA# for all tag sales. Any tag returned to Resaleworld without an RMA# will be refused and returned to the sender.
